We use gray cast iron as the raw material and add quality metal elements within the casting process in order to increase mechanical properties. We apply tempered heat treatment to reduce residual stress generated via the cooling process followed by the previous casting process. Patent safety double-sided, asymmetrical grooving (16arcs) of the brake disc indicates wear on both sides of the brake rotor surface. This design is not only a breakthrough, but also has gained patents in Germany,Japan, Taiwan, and China. In addition to any offset angle of 45 degrees, patent grooves tailored for the ABS braking release frequency per second. Designed as a single-unit model, our brake rotor can be used on either side, and can be easily installed without paying attention to clockwise or counter clockwise direction. Our brake rotor can effectively increase by 20 % to 30% braking efficiency compared with common flat rotors.
